During our initial Discovery Call, I’ll take the time to get to know both your professional and personal circumstances, help you pinpoint your coaching objectives, and create a structured plan for our sessions together. In the following sessions, we’ll work through this plan and assess the progress towards achieving your goals.

A one-off 90-minute session for women who need space to think clearly about a specific challenge, decision or situation.
This is ideal if you need clarity quickly, want a sounding board from someone who understands maritime, or are dealing with a particular issue at work and want practical support.
Best for: immediate clarity, difficult decisions, specific workplace challenges
Coaching Package
A short, focused package for women who want structured support over a defined period.
We work together across a small number of sessions to help you build confidence, tackle a challenge, shift a pattern or move forward more intentionally. This is the best option if you want more than a single conversation, but do not need open-ended coaching.
Best for: confidence, progression, workplace dynamics, career direction
Senior Leadership Coaching
A more tailored coaching option for senior women, leaders and business owners in maritime who need high-quality thinking space alongside practical challenge and support.
This can include leadership presence, decision-making, stakeholder management, strategic visibility, organisational pressure and navigating complexity without losing yourself.
Best for: senior leaders, founders, high-stakes roles, major transitions
