Maritime can ask a lot of women.
You are expected to perform, adapt, prove yourself, manage difficult dynamics, and keep going — often inside systems that were never really built with you in mind.
My one-to-one coaching is for women in maritime who want practical, honest support to move forward with more clarity, confidence and control.
This is not fluffy coaching. It is grounded, straight-talking support from someone who understands the industry because she has lived it.
After 14 years in maritime, from temp to COO, I know how complex this world can be — especially when you are trying to progress without losing yourself in the process.
If you're tired of adapting yourself to broken systems, if you're ready to advance without losing who you are, if you want results rather than promises - this is your path forward.
I understand your world because I've lived it. 14 years climbing from temp to COO taught me what works, what doesn't, and what it really takes to succeed as a woman in maritime.
Each package below addresses specific career stages with the challenges women face at that level - from establishing credibility early on, to leading teams effectively, to driving organisational change from the top.
During our initial Discovery Call, I’ll take the time to get to know both your professional and personal circumstances, help you pinpoint your coaching objectives, and create a structured plan for our sessions together. In the following sessions, we’ll work through this plan and assess the progress towards achieving your goals.

This coaching is for women in maritime who are:
Whether you are early in your career or operating at senior level, the work is tailored to your reality, your goals and the pressures you are actually facing.
Clients typically come to coaching when something needs to shift. That might be:
This is a space for honest thinking, practical challenge and meaningful progress.
We start with an initial conversation to explore what is going on, what you want to change, and whether coaching with me is the right fit.
From there, we agree on the best format based on your goals, your timescales and the level of support you need.
My style is direct, supportive and practical. I will listen properly, challenge where needed, and help you cut through the noise so you can make clearer decisions and take stronger action.
A one-off 90-minute session for women who need space to think clearly about a specific challenge, decision or situation.
This is ideal if you need clarity quickly, want a sounding board from someone who understands maritime, or are dealing with a particular issue at work and want practical support.
Best for: immediate clarity, difficult decisions, specific workplace challenges
A short, focused package for women who want structured support over a defined period.
We work together across a small number of sessions to help you build confidence, tackle a challenge, shift a pattern or move forward more intentionally. This is the best option if you want more than a single conversation, but do not need open-ended coaching.
Best for: confidence, progression, workplace dynamics, career direction
A more tailored coaching option for senior women, leaders and business owners in maritime who need high-quality thinking space alongside practical challenge and support.
This can include leadership presence, decision-making, stakeholder management, strategic visibility, organisational pressure and navigating complexity without losing yourself.
Best for: senior leaders, founders, high-stakes roles, major transitions
There are a lot of coaches out there.
What makes this different is that I understand the world you are working in. I know the pressure. I know the politics. I know what it takes to build credibility in maritime environments that can be demanding, traditional and, at times, exhausting.
I also know that women do not need more empty encouragement. They need proper support, honest challenge and strategies that actually fit the reality of their lives and careers.
That is what I offer.
